Join Utopia Unlimited
A creative home for young people across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales
Utopia Unlimited is an inclusive, neurodiversity-friendly youth theatre group for ages 8 to 21. We rehearse monthly in venues around the High Peak, Hope Valley, and Derbyshire Dales, working on a mix of Gilbert and Sullivan operetta, musical theatre, concerts, and fun social events. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve been on stage for years or you’re stepping into your first rehearsal.
What it costs
Membership is £30 per term, and your first session is completely free so you can come along, meet the group, and see if Utopia feels like the right fit. Your termly subs help cover venue hire, equipment, insurance, social activities, and keeping our productions affordable for families.
If the £30 termly membership fee is a stretch for you, please don’t let that stop you from joining us. Utopia Unlimited is committed to being accessible for every young person. Do I need to audition?
Chorus places do not need an audition.
If you’d like to be considered for a principal role, we hold relaxed auditions throughout the year, but the chorus is open to everyone and you can join at any time in the production cycle.
